Facilities in the park include restrooms, picnic areas, boat ramps, seasonal boat rental, and a swimming beach with showers, and a snack bar.There are no entrance fees for Ohio State parks, but camping and reservation fees apply.Salt Fork State Park is six miles north of Cambridge, about a 15-minute drive along Highway 77.The state campground is open through winter, but primitive campsites can only be booked from April through October-the rest of the year, it’s first-come, first-served. ![]() Visit in spring and summer to admire the wildflowers, in fall to see the autumn foliage, or brave the cold to hit the snowmobile trails or go ice fishing in winter.
